Adam & Eve Eve’s Kegel Training Set is a two-piece Kegel exercise device for vaginal use, consisting of a single-ball trainer and a dual-ball trainer. Both trainers feature creamy-smooth silicone cradles with weighted, removable ABS plastic balls designed for pelvic floor muscle training.

The single-ball trainer measures 3.78 in (9.6 cm) long and 1.3 in (3.3 cm) wide, weighing 1.66 oz (47 g). Insert with a small amount of lubricant and use your pelvic floor muscles to squeeze and release. This trainer can be worn while seated, moving around, or during intimate activities.

The dual-ball trainer measures 5.47 in (13.9 cm) long and 1.3 in (3.3 cm) wide, weighing 3.16 oz (90 g). The dual balls provide increased resistance for progressive training. Both trainers include ringed retrieval cords for easy removal and can be used with a partner.

Both trainers are waterproof and submersible, making them suitable for use in the shower or bath. The weighted balls are removable from the silicone cradles to support cleaning. Wash with mild soap and water or toy cleaner, then dry and store separately from other toys.
