Welcome to Claim Night. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website at claimnight.com (the “Site”) and for buying anything from us. Please read them. They are written in plain language on purpose, because policies that nobody can understand do not protect anyone.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Claim Night is a sexual wellness store operated by EL Evolution INC, a corporation organized in Illinois. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Claim Night and the entity that operates it. “You” means the person using the Site or placing an order.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any policies linked here, form the agreement between you and us. When you create an account, place an order, or otherwise use the Site, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that age is higher, to use the Site or place an order. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you give us is true. The Site sells adult sexual wellness products and is intended for adults only.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before you place an order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or decline the order and, where payment was taken, issue a refund, or correct the error and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price.
6. Orders and payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, in whole or in part. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt; acceptance happens when we ship the items, unless we tell you otherwise. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize a charge for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping. Sales tax applies where required. We may limit, cancel, or refuse orders, including those that appear fraudulent.
7. Shipping, returns, and discreet handling

For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate products may not be returnable once opened. The Returns & Refunds page explains which items qualify and how the process works.
8. Acceptable use of the Site
- Use the Site lawfully and in line with these Terms.
- Don’t attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or our systems.
- Don’t interfere with the Site’s operation (malware, scraping, automated abuse).
- Don’t post or transmit unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Don’t misrepresent your age or identity.
9. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, articles, graphics, logos, and layout, belong to Claim Night or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Products are sold “as is” and “as available,” subject to any warranties offered by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claim Night and its operators from claims, losses, and reasonable expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in DuPage County, Illinois, unless a different process is required by law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time and will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
