How long will my order take to arrive?

We process orders within up to 2 business days, and orders placed before 12:00 PM PT (noon Pacific) tend to ship soonest. After that, your package travels by standard ground, so delivery time depends on your distance from the warehouse. You’ll get tracking by email about 2 business days after your order ships, which is the clearest way to follow its progress.

How much is shipping, and do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $49 ship free with standard U.S. shipping. For orders under that amount, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address, so you’ll see the exact figure before you confirm. No surprises after the fact.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the contiguous U.S., meaning the lower 48 states. We’re not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. Orders go out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx standard ground.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes. P.O. Box orders ship via USPS, which works well for a lot of people who value a little extra privacy in how their packages arrive. Note that expedited options aren’t available for P.O. Boxes, so those orders move on standard timing.

My tracking hasn't updated, or it says delivered but I didn't get it. What do I do?

First, give it a little time: tracking can lag behind the package itself, and carriers sometimes mark items delivered a day before they actually land. If a package shows delivered but hasn’t reached you, contact us and we’ll open a trace with the carrier to locate it. You can always find your tracking in your account order history as well.

Will anyone be able to tell what's inside the package?

No. Your order ships in plain, non-descript packaging with no branding, logos, or marks on the outside. Nothing on the box indicates what is inside or that it came from an adult store. To anyone who sees it on a doorstep or in a mailroom, it looks like an ordinary parcel.

What will show up on my bank or credit card statement?

Your statement will show the neutral descriptor “CN,” not the store name. There is no reference to the type of products you purchased. For a lot of people, this is the part that matters most, and we keep it simple and discreet.

Is there any branding or an invoice inside the box?

No. You will not find an invoice, packing slip, or any branded materials inside the box. If you need your order details for your records, you can access them privately through your account or your emailed confirmation.

What name and return address appear on the package?

The outside carries only a standard shipping label with a neutral return address. There is nothing that connects the parcel to an adult or wellness brand. Your privacy is built into the process, not added as an afterthought.

Can I return something I've opened or used?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products can’t be returned or exchanged. This is standard practice across the industry, and it protects every customer. If your item arrived defective, damaged, or wasn’t what you ordered, that’s a different situation, and we’ll make it right.

What items can I actually return?

We accept returns only for items that arrive defective, are damaged in transit, or were sent in error. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, which is worth knowing before you order. If your situation fits one of those three categories, reach out and we’ll walk you through it.

How do I start a return?

Contact support first, before sending anything back: email love@claimnight.com or use our Contact form to request an RMA (return authorization). Please don’t ship anything to us without one, because unauthorized returns are refused at delivery. Once we approve your return, you’ll get clear instructions on what to do next.

How long do I have to report a problem?

Report damage, a wrong item, or a visible defect within 72 hours of delivery. Manufacturing defects can be reported within 30 days of receipt. If your return is approved, the item must be sent back to us within 90 days of receipt.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is generally the customer’s responsibility, and your original shipping charge is non-refundable. The exception: if the problem was our error, we cover it. Heads up that refused orders or packages returned to sender may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

How long do refunds take?

Once a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. A quick note on coverage: we currently process orders and returns within the contiguous U.S. (the 48 states) only. If you have questions along the way, write to us, and a real person will help.
