We ship within the contiguous United States, the lower 48 states. At this time we don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally.

How It Ships

We ship via standard ground service through USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your order and destination. The delivery windows you see at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Real life and weather happen.

Processing Time

  • Processing takes up to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT (noon Pacific) are prioritized for same-day processing when possible; later orders are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You’ll get tracking by email within about 2 business days after your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or your account order history before reaching out; it’s usually hiding in one of those two places.

P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Expedited methods aren’t available to P.O. Boxes, but standard service works fine.

Signature

An adult signature is not required by default.

If Your Address Was Entered Incorrectly

  • If a package returns to us because the address was entered incorrectly, the cost to reship is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If delivery fails for other reasons and the package comes back to us, we’ll reship to the corrected address at no extra charge.

Double-checking your address at checkout takes ten seconds and saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order seems lost or stuck, contact us at love@claimnight.com and we’ll open a trace with the carrier. A carrier “delivered” scan is generally treated as proof of delivery, but if something doesn’t add up, tell us. We’ll help review non-delivery reports and figure out what’s going on.
