Adam & Eve Three Hearts Gem is a graduated set of three aluminum anal plugs designed for progressive exploration. The set includes Small, Medium, and Large plugs, each topped with a heart-shaped red jewel accent and constructed from body-safe polished aluminum with ABS plastic jewel bases.

Each plug features a tapered insertion tip and a slim neck that transitions to a wider safety base designed to remain in place during use. Aluminum provides substantial weight and a smooth, polished surface. The material responds to temperature, allowing the plugs to be warmed or cooled in water before use for temperature play.

The three sizes offer graduated progression: Small measures 2.76 in (7 cm) long by 1.1 in (2.8 cm) wide; Medium measures 3.15 in (8 cm) long by 1.34 in (3.4 cm) wide; Large measures 3.54 in (9 cm) long by 1.57 in (4 cm) wide.
