The wedge-shaped inflatable pillow features a hollow center that anchors a heavy-duty nylon strap connected to a pair of metal cuffs. The nylon strap includes a plastic clip and buckle, with a heavy-duty O-ring centerpiece to which the cuffs attach. Once inflated and positioned, the strap secures around a partner’s body while the cuffs restrain the hands, allowing exploration of different positions with the partner held in place over the wedge.

The pillow is constructed from flocked vinyl with a velvety-soft texture.
