Application: Apply a generous amount of massage oil to clean, dry skin. Using gentle to firm pressure, glide the tool in upward strokes from ankles toward thighs or from wrists to shoulders. Use circular motions on the abdomen and targeted strokes on hips, arms, and thighs. For best results, use daily or at least three times per week.
