Each sound is double-sided with different sized girths on each end, allowing for varied sensation during use.
The smallest sound measures 0.19 in (0.48 cm) diameter on one end and 0.23 in (0.58 cm) on the other. The medium sound measures 0.27 in (0.69 cm) and 0.32 in (0.81 cm) in diameter. The large sound measures 0.34 in (0.86 cm) and 0.38 in (0.97 cm) in diameter.
