Promescent Climax Control is a topical desensitizing spray formulated with lidocaine for application directly to the penis. The spray features a patented absorption technology designed to allow the active ingredient to absorb quickly into the skin, minimizing transfer to a partner. The formula is ready for use in less than 10 minutes.
