Adrien Lastic Harmony Stones Kegel Exercise Set – Black

Harmony Stones is a six-stone Kegel exercise set by Adrien Lastic, each stone selected for use during pelvic floor muscle training. The set includes carnelian, pink jade, tiger’s eye, amethyst, bian stone, and crystal quartz, each inserted into a silicone cord for controlled pelvic floor exercises.

To use, select a stone, wash with warm water and antibacterial soap, insert into the silicone cord, apply water-based lubricant, and gently insert. Perform Kegel exercises by contracting and releasing the pelvic floor muscles.
